How to Use the Copy Annotation Feature?

Select the Annotation(s):

Choose a single annotation or select multiple annotations that you want to copy.

Copy and Paste:

Use the Copy Annotation tool to place the selected annotations onto the desired drawings.

Adjust as Needed:

Drag and adjust annotations to fit the new locations.
