Tips:

a. PDFBlueprint supports the “Extract Text” function in a smaller view. However, in order to ensure the accuracy of the boundaries of the box-selected text, it is recommended that the text to be extracted be scaled to the appropriate size. It is recommended that you scale the text to be extracted to the appropriate size to improve the accuracy of the text extraction.

b. When you box-select the text, the text needs to be box-selected in its entirety. Incomplete text will not be accurately recognized.

c. When you box-select the text, do not box the drawing elements. Otherwise the drawing elements will interfere with the extracted text.

d. Only one column of text can be extracted at a time. Please extract multiple columns of text separately.

e. Too much text in the box may require a wait. Selecting a small area is faster.

f. The default shortcut key for “Extract Text” is T. You can also customize the shortcut key in the Keyboard Shortcuts Settings.

g. Currently only English and Simplified Chinese are supported. Other languages are not supported at this time.
