How do I measure the perpendicular distance in a PDF drawing using PDF Blueprint?

1. Click on the "Measure" Tool:

Open your PDF drawing in PDF Blueprint and click on the"Measure" button in the toolbar to activate the measurement tools.

2. Select the "Perpend" Function:

  • In the measurement tools menu, select the"Perpend "function.
  • This tool is used to measure the perpendicular distance between a point and a line.

3. Specify the Measurement Points:

  • Left-click to specify a measurement point.
  • Left-click again to specify the line to which the perpendicular distance will be measured.

4. Position the Dimension Line:

After specifying the points, left-click to select where you want the dimension line to appear on the drawing.

5. View the Measurement:

  • Once the perpendicular distance is measured, the measurement will pop up in the selected area.
  • The dimensions will be displayed in a pop-up window.
